- How do I get a refund for a purchase?

You are able to get a refund on all courses, books & guides up to 60 days after your purchase. For events & workshops, you can get a refund until 14 days before the event, unless otherwise noted. Please see our full purchases & refunds policy here.
To request a refund, scroll up and use the contact form or email us at [email protected]. In your message please include the product name you wish to request a refund for.

On January 26th, 2022 we moved to a new system, so if you haven't logged in since then, you'll need to reactivate your account before logging in.
To reactivate, click here, enter your existing email, choose a password and tap "Become A Member". Your purchases will appear in your account in less than 20 minutes.

- Yes! Please see this page for details. We are available globally for speaking engagements.
- Do you ship your books internationally?
- Indeed we do! We ship worldwide. For international shipments, please expect a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to arrive, sometimes longer depending on customs and your countries mail system.
- How do I purchase courses for someone else?
- Online courses & books are tied to a specific account, so you can either give that person access to the account you purchased under by sharing your email and password with them, or email us at [email protected] once you have purchased and we can transfer that purchase to another account.
